Plans and schedules project timelines. Management of sprints in accordance with the DevOps framework, ensuring all ceremonies are in place and effective for collaborative global ways of working. Coordinates project resources. Assures the quality of projects. Meets budgetary, timeline and scope objectives by managing the technical team’s deliverables to ensure they are delivered on time and to acceptable quality. Project reporting; both from a sprint perspective and wider overall programme level view Tracks project performance. Works with program leads to maintain project management collateral e.g., Project Plans, RAID Logs Facilitate meetings and workshop as required to meet delivery milestones
Business international level of English – both written and oral; Highly collaborative and able to work in a global environment, accommodating the different time zones. Only team players will be considered; Particularly strong written communication skills; Particularly strong organizational skills; Strong knowledge and experience in Finance/IT practices Experience in systems, including: Azure DevOps, TRE 3E, Intapp Time, Chrome River, E-Billing; Experience of multinational finance operations; Experience of finance / business transformation programs; Significant experience and a proven track record in/as: Proven experience in delivery of enterprise-wide programs in complex organizations Demonstrable understanding of working within program governance frameworks and to documented delivery principles Demonstrable experience of working within an DevOps delivery framework, E2E, with strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile frameworks. Strong background/knowledge of finance and technology Strong stakeholder management, across both business and technology Experience applying and delivering technical projects Experience delivering in an Agile environment Financial experience within a comparable professional services or management consulting environment, including familiarity with Swiss Verein or similar legal operating models Recognised project management experience including in-depth understanding of data analysis, financial planning and process improvement. Six Sigma or equivalent qualifications helpful You will possess: Excellent communications, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; Excellent presentation skills with the ability to confidently lead workshops and produce high quality supporting materials. Experience in using MS Office suite, including MS Teams Experience in using Azure DevOps or Jira Be versed in working across cultures and time-zones; Be adept in flexing your approach in response to challenges and issues as they arise; Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view Be able to thrive working under pressure, and be able to multi-task; Extensive experience of working with layers of engagement and approval; Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work with a wide variety of people and projects in a collective and collaborative manner.
